FNCA: What is your opinion on the last season with your personal best in Ramsau, the participation in Junior World Championships with two medals and also World Championships in your own country?
Arttu: Last season was my best season so far. I managed to be healthy for throughout the season for first time in my career. First World Cup points showed for me that I have improved especially my skiing part and it gave me lot of confidence in what I´m doing. Junior World Championships was a highlight of my season and being part of Finnish team in Lahti was great!
FNCA: Are there any things you need to change for the next season concerning jumping, skiing or mental strength? How are you preparing for the upcoming season?
Arttu: Of course I try to improve all things for next season and in the future. Skiing has gone all the time forward and I trust that we have really good training methods for that. Jumping has been difficult but it has gone forward slowly but surely, hopefully bigger steps next season :-) And mental strength, we are working on it!
FNCA: How do you handle army next to training at the moment?
Arttu: Yes we are in army now with Eero. We have good training camps for throughout the summer season so it´s not a problem to handle army now.
FNCA: What are your goals for next season - beside taking part at Olympic Games in Pyeongchang? And what are your goals for future in this sport in general?
Arttu: For the next season my biggest goal is Olympic games of course. I try to improve all my parts for next season and get my places closer to the top! In the future, I want to be standing on the top some day!
